This is a student-friendly apartment complex, within walking distance to Franklin Street and UNC's Campus. There is a study room and a fitness center downstairs. The room has a beautiful view of Chapel Hill.It is also very close to Weaver Street Market, and Harris Teeter. The room is one of four bedrooms on the top floor, and everything is furnished except for your own bedroom. I found furnisher on craigslist for less than $100 and it wasn't a big deal. I even got them to deliver it for me, which is great for someone who doesn't have a car.The rental period runs from August 13th, 2012 through the fall and spring semester.
