Hi Readers, I'm trying to find a friendly, kind, and cool individual who can take control of my lease from Early Feb, 2015(by 2/14)- Jan, 2016. I need to relocate to a different city for a job, so i need to offer up this surreal deal. The bldg supplies bed (twin size), desk, chair, drawers and lamps, so you don't need to stress about furnitures. I brought in most of mine though because i currently had it.You will be paying only $500 simply for Feb, 2015 if you choose to relocate by 2/14. Lease charge: $1000(Utilities Included)/ Month (beginning from March, 2014). You have to make a down payment of the last month charge, $1000, to me considering that i made mine to the management.This bldg has a little gym, entertainment space where it has a pool table and tv. Laundry is located right around the corner on the very same floor. There is a doorman in the lobby, so you can get your plan anytime. You get a good sunshine and a little bit of Millenium Park view from my space. If you want- I can offer Full Size Memory Foam Mattress with Bedframe for $160. I have a small back/neck issue, so i purchased an actually nice one and used it just for 2 years. Area: 55 E. Washington St. (A block away from Millenium park, Macy's, Starbucks, Walgreens, Panera and other dining establishments).
