Lot's of closets and storage space. Large fenced in backyard, small firepit-can be removed if you are not interested in having it there. I have new shower curtains, liners, rugs in each bathroom that can be left if interested. Close to a great fishing pond, but far enough away that it's not a danger to kids. Wonderful, friendly community. Safe and kid friendly.Please call me if you have any questions.... Rent is 1200.00/month, pets are allowed with a $250.00 deposit, and $1000.00 deposit. I have rent paid through November...move in can be arranged for whenever. I am not currently staying there...just have some stuff left, but can have it out, house cleaned and carpets shampooed. Smoking is permitted-I didn't smoke in the house, but it is allowed.
