We are two biotech scientists/entrepreneurs, and one tech marketing guy (here for 1-2 months and maybe longer), in a comfortable 5 bedroom home in San Bruno, complete with greenhouse and hot tub. Looking to let out one bedroom for 1-2 months, starting April 1st (or first week in April), with possibilities for additional months depending on our startup expansion out of the house. Room is unfurnished (but can be furnished), and tenant would have access to all common areas. Bathroom shared with two other people who are away 3-4 days a week. Price includes laundry, high speed internet, utilities, etc. More details... It's a pleasant, five bedroom house with two bathrooms. We work here about half the time and the rest of the time we are traveling or working from other locations. The common areas in the house are furnished and you would have places in the kitchen and hall way to store your things. We currently have space for up to two housemates. We occasionally have meetings and social get togethers here too. We all like to keep the place clean and minimalist - we are working on a backyard home gym, a green house, gardens, and we just set up a hot tub. Its a sunny property, great for eating meals outside or having people over for meetings/coffee. We occasionally have coffee on the roof overlooking the airport and Bay. We are 5 mins from SFO, BART and Caltrain, as well as a busy commercial area just down the hill with Trader Joe's etc. In the middle of both business centers: 20 mins from either downtown SF, or 20 mins from Silicon Valley. There is also tons of free parking available around the house. We are meeting with potential housemates in the next week or so.
