This cozy guest house is available AUGUST 1, 2011. This is a beautiful, fully furnished bungalo available on a nice, residential street one block from UNM north golf course. This two bedroom, one bath home welcomes your stay of three months or more This place is like home and must be seen to be appreciated. Neighbors belong to a neighborhood association and there is driveway parking available. We provide all the landscape maintenance and pay the utilities. A charming full kitchen comes fully equipped, and one set of linens are supplied. You'll also enjoy our sun room full of large plants and ceiling to floor glass windows for plenty of sun with pool table leading to a cozy enclosed back yard. Our two box turtles live in this backyard, so we ask that they be left alone, not touched or played with and kids be told this and supervised to insure this. This common area is between this and our one-bedroom guest house on the same lot. Please no partial months,drugs. Smoking ok if outside and you safely extinguish and discrd butts in the garbage can provided. Must be able to provide references and put up a 250.00 damage/cleaning security deposit ($100.00 non-refundable for cleaning/damage). Owners live and work on the premises in a separate residence next door so expect guests to be quiet. We are located within one block of the UNM North campus Law/Med school and golf course, and a five minute drive to Nob Hill, downtown Albuquerque and I-25 and 1-40. The airport is a short 10 minutes drive away or so. We provide:Amenities included are:CableLinens/TowelsWasher/DryerCozy, enclosed backyard, but with regard to our two box turtles who live there too.
