The road out the back of the property goes all the way to the Wickiup reservoir and is convenient for walking, mountain biking, and ATVs. It's a peaceful neighborhood with a mix of vacation and full-time residential homes each on 1/2 acre lots or more.Included with the rent is: 55 TV channels including locals through Dish Network, Wi-Fi high-speed internet through Bendbroadband, forced air electric heat, good well water, septic, garbage service, property taxes and insurance.
