Need to sign the lease over ASAP, but I am willing to sublease it to someone that needs it for the summer starting inApril/ may, and it would be up July 28th, then you have the option of resigning. I have already paid March rent and you are welcome to move in as soon as today! I am also willing to pay the $150 application fee as an incentive! All utilities are included in rent (water, electric, internet, cable, trash/sewage). Apartment is fully furnished and your room would be upstairs with your own private bathroom and walk in closet. Washer and Dryer are included. Apartment features a big open floor plan with a huge kitchen and island, as well as a very large porch that overlooks the pool and clubhouse. Amenities include a beautiful pool, sand volleyball courts, hammock areas, 24 hour fitness center, pool table, computer lounge, movie theater and tanning bed. Pets are welcome and there is no weight limit. The roommates are 3 other girls that attend USC. It is close to downtown and the USC stadium is right around the corner.
