The space IS NOT downtown, rather it is 15 minutes NW of downtown in a residential neighborhood. Downtown events are EASILY accessable by The Metro Rail at Lakeline Station, and will be running for the 2 week event. (weekends also, transports directly to downtown SXSW events) If you are looking for a space to get away from the hustle and bustle of the conference while in town, then this is it. If you are looking to be close to the action 24 hours a day, then this IS NOT it.Full House privileges, washer/dryer, private bathroom, kitchen, etcClose to Restaurants and grocery stores and Mall.Can rent by the week at $1100.00 each room or by the day @ $185.00 per day. A deposit for the week is $500.00to hold the room is due upon reservation. If you are renting by the day, Number of days must be reserved with full amount due in cash upon reservation.
