Hi!I have already moved home for the summer and am still trying to find someone to take over the rest of my lease. Move in would be ASAP and the lease ends on August 10, 2011. It's a 3 story house right by Western's campus so if you are taking summer classes it's a great location! The room is on the top floor and has its own bathroom attached. The house was only built a couple years ago so its very updated and in great condition with hardwood floors throughout the bedrooms. My other 3 roommates are all staying over the summer. The rent is originally 425 but I'm willing to help cover some of it dropping it down to 375 a month as well as cover the utility bills.
