I renewed my lease for my room at Star-Suites in a 4/4 for next year, but I recently found a townhouse that I would like to move into at the beginning of august.The rent is 389/month and our utilities have never been much more than $50/month which includes water, electric, cable, and internet.Lease runs from August 2012 until the end of July 2013.Very big common area and the bedrooms are all suite-style (your own bathroom, kitchenette, very spacious bedroom, and private entrance from outside to each bedroom)There's a pool in the center of the complex and a FSU bus stop right in front (Garnet route) which is very convenient and definitely beats fighting for parking on campus.I know one of my roommates already renewed her lease here, she's very friendly and quiet.We currently have it furnished with our own furniture, but you can have it furnished for an extra charge per month.The management is really friendly and maintenance is great.If you're interested I can send you pictures, or you can come look at it.You can email me or text/call me at 813-368-XXXX////]]>high road at high and tharpe (google map) (yahoo map)Location: Star-Suites apartments
