i am looking for someone to sublease my room in my duplex for the summer. starting may 7th- august 5th. it is a 3 bedroom duplex on albert st, inbetween stoddard and milford st. the address is 1148 albert ave. it is a big house with a big backyard. there are 3 floors. the basement has a bedroom a half bath and washer and dryer. my roomate who lives down there is currently looking for a sublease. the ground floor has the living room and kitchen, both are very nice and have lots of room. the upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. the other roomate who lives upstairs will not be living in the house over summer and is NOT seeking a sublease so the entire top floor would be soley yours. my room is the biggest room in the house, has hard wood floors and looks out onto albert st. my room can come partially furnished if you wish. i do not know the exact size of the room but to give you an idea i have a twin bed and a full sized coach in my room with lots of extra space, its huge. so you would only have to share the bathroom for showers and other than that the upstairs is basically all yours. also the house is pet friendly if you have an animal. parking is on site at the house. i would like $400 dollars a month for a total of $1200 for the entire summer, but im willing to negotiate. if you have any questions or concenrs respond to the ad or call/text 231-330-XXXX. thank you.albert ave at stoddard (google map) (yahoo map)cats are OK - purrrdogs are OK - wooofLocation: east lansing
