I'm graduating this Spring at the end of April and need someone to sublease my room for the summer. The lease ends Aug. 1st and I believe you can sign again for the next year if no one has yet. The house is off Tharpe, one block past Ocala. It is close to bus stops that can take you to FSU, TCC, and FAMU and is in a very safe neighborhood. The house is pet friendly, has hardwood floors, a fenced backyard, two living rooms, and a large kitchen! It's a brick house and is well insulated. All rooms have ceiling fans. Utilities run each person about $60 when rarely using the AC/heat. Usually no more than $125 per person if you run utilities frequently.I am subleasing the MASTER BEDROOM so you will have your own bathroom. I am planning on the room being UNFURNISHED as I am trying to get rid of all my furniture before moving away after graduation. HOWEVER, if you require certain furniture such as a bed, desk, dresser, and/or nightstand, I am willing to sell them to you for REALLY cheap so you can have a furnished room.Rent is currently $450/month for this room but is sensibly NEGOTIABLE.Other bedrooms in the house are available for sublease as well.
