I am moving this coming school year and my 3 room mates need a 4th girl to sublease. There are 4 bedrooms-all a good size. Heat is gas, not electric. There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The house is located on Grand River Ave in walking distance to Gumby's and MSU's campus. Rent is $455/month, but I am willing to negotiate.All three girls are studious and on MSU's Cross Country team, needless to say this is not a party house! Although we don't drink a whole lot, we do still enjoy being active and having fun :) such things include watching movies, going for ice cream, going out to dinner, shopping, things like that.We are friendly and welcome anyone who thinks this situation would be a good fit for them!
