The room is fully furnished (bed, dresser, nightstand, desk, and chair) and includes private bathroom and walk-in closet, bedroom locks with a key. Full kitchen and living room.RENT IS $465 PER MONTH AND INCLUDES:- private bus transportation to and from KU- high speed internet- electricity- water- trash- cable- washer and dryer- full kitchen and living room furniture- controlled access gates- use of the club house amenities such as coffee bar, tanning beds, workout room, large study area, Harvard style library, game room, fire place, pool tables, poker table, Flat screen tv's, etc,etcThe complex is a little under a 10 min drive to KU, is gated and has a pool, sand volleyball and basketball court. The building I am in has very close access to the club house and the bus stop. Pets are welcome.I have two 19 year old female roommates that are mature, very nice, and fun.
