I am looking for a 3rd roommate for my 3-bdrm 2-bath (townhouse style) duplex. It comes w/ washer & dryer, heated 2 car garage, wood burning fireplace, wood floors in living and dining areas, a fenced in backyard (with pit fire) and a view of the mountains. This is a great location on Muldoon right between N.Light and Tutor. We have a convenient spot close to Carrs/Safeway and Totem Theater, and it's a straight shot down to either the glen highway or the hospitals and universities. We are looking for someone to move in by the end of February.Rent is $500mo plus utilities ($20-60mo most of the year) and SD is $500.I am a 32yo female with two well kept and awesome cats. I possess a down-to-earth positive energy and enjoy healing arts and healthy friendships. In my spare time i enjoy learning and reading, watching movies, Qigong and Jing Yi, working-out, hackysack, and a field game called Crumpets! I also love to cook crazy good tasty meals to share. And, although I like the occasional dinner party or card night, this is NOT a party house. It is important to maintain a clean, relaxing, healthful environment as much as is possible in a world which exposes us to enough daily stressors, and besides . . . harmony makes me happy! ;) The other roommate is a very respectful 27yo painter/maintence grrl with a cute lil white mutt and a knack for keeping busy. She's not around much but when she is she's good company. . .Ideally I would prefer another down-to-earth female around my age as our 3rd roommate but I am open to anyone with a strong sense of responsibility and a good heart.
