Hi All,**UPDATE: If you sign the lease by March 1st, I will pay your $150 deposit/fee. As a subleaser at the Province you are required to pay this fee upon signing the lease, but if you sign the lease before March 1st, I will pay it for you!**I am trying to sublease my apartment in the Province apartments. The Province has a great reputation for high standards and is among the nicest of apartments offered to Wright State Students.This sublease is for a triple. If you are not familiar with this setup, it works like this. There is one common area (kitchen, living room and such). There is one washer and dryer room. There are three separate bedrooms( each with their own bathroom) that branch off of the living room. Each bedroom has it's own lease, so regardless of who (if anyone) is in the other rooms, your rent never changes. Thus, individual leases.The province offers great amenities such as,* a sand volley ball court,* a swimming pool,* fitness room, and* theater room.* It comes FULLY FURNISHED (couch, chair, all dressers, beds, nightstands, desks, dining tables, television stand)* Two of the three bedrooms in a triple(including the room I live in) have a large walk in closet* There is also balcony space outside of your apartment.* Province is within walking distance to WSU as well as Meijer* Province offers a shuttle system to transport to and from WSU* The only utility that you pay is electric. Everything else, such as water, gas, internet/cable, and trash is all FREE* Each apartment has it's own washer/dryer room right next to the kitchen. It includes the washer and dryer.For a student, the Province is in my opinion the nicest apartment complex a student can live at. It provides more privacy and luxury than any other complex, as well as individual leases with the province. Basically, if you choose to take over my lease, it's all yours. I can never come back and change my mind or anything (so it's completely reliable). The reason I'm leaving is because I graduate in spring, but my lease is until August and I'm going to law school so I need to move. I found an apartment near Ohio State Law school, and I really want to get in it asap.So! I could realistically be completely moved out within 1-2 days. How fast you could get moved in depends on how long it takes you to fill out the paperwork at the province's office. ( Which would be the case for anyone signing a lease) The lease would run from when you move in, until approximately August 9th. You must be a student (it does not matter where, whether at Sinclair, UD, Wright State, Regent Beauty Institute, or anywhere else you can take classes).Now for money:The rent for a triple is $540 a month. The only utility you pay is Electric.
