Nice, quiet one bedroom apt. Need someone to sublet/take over my lease for Spring semester 2012 (Jan 1st 2012- Aug 3rd, 2012) Rent is $565, add water/trash/sewer which is usually about $28, and then they have monthly insurance you can get for $10-15 a month. So in total it would be about $608. The apt will be available Jan 1st, 2012 for sure, but I am in the process of buying a house and it may become available in Dec sometime if you were wanting to move in earlier.Apt has large bedroom that easily fits a queen bed, two large dressers, and a small desk. Several closets in apt for storage. Living room fits my couch and love seat with plenty of space. Kitchen has tons of cabinets and large breakfast bar. Large laundry room (currently fits washer, dryer, small table, and shelves for food) Apt has an attic storage space above the laundry room. Apt also has private patio area. Apt will be vacant for move in, so you can move all your stuff in.Cedargate allows dogs and cats, pet rent is an extra $19.99 a month. My dog loves the courtyard area located right out my front door. The staff at Cedargate are wonderful and truly care about their residents.
