I am doing a bit of traveling and have an overlap in leases coming up, so I a looking for someone to sublet my room for June and July.The room:-lofted bed (its really really awesome)-bike hook underneath bed to hang bike-two windows-medium sized closet-vaulted ceilings-carpetThis room is available to be furnished or unfurnished. Optional furnishings are:-full sized bed-hammock-cubby boxes for storing things/end tables-mirror-behind the door hooks for jackets and other things that hang wellThe house:-4 bedrooms-2 bathrooms-spacious living room and kitchen-covered front porch with patio furniture-laundry room-dishwasher-front yard and side yard-parking space-bike rack on side of houseThe house will be furnished with your basic house necessities (living room furniture, cooking utensils, fridge, stove, toilets, etc.)The roommates:-3 ladies in their mid 20's-1 is a preschool teacher-1 is a CU grad student-1 is a massage school student-All of them are respectful, fun, open minded, clean!, great to live with, amazing people and friendsRent is $572 per month which includes water/sewer/garbage. Utilities are separate but split between 4 people is quite affordable. Internet is $10/month (per person). The house is in a great location (23rd and Walnut) that is really close to downtown, CU, grocery shopping, and 29th st. mall. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The move in date is flexible, I was thinking around June 1st but I could go plus or minus a few days if that works better. The move out date is July 31st at the latest because that is when our lease ends and other folks are moving in.
