The roommate matching process is completed based off of a roommate preference form located on the last page of the application. The application breaks down criteria such as, age, gender, school year, whether you drink or smoke, etc.We are now pet friendly. The following restrictions and requirements do apply: The pet must be 40 pounds or less. No aggressive breeds. No more than one pet per lease holder. A $300 refundable pet deposit is required. $10 per month pet rent will be charged. You and your roommates must sign a Pet Addendum. You will have to have pet tolerant roommates.If you have more questions regarding pets, please ask.There's no need to drive to campus as there are AppalCART stops on-site.
