I'm looking for a responsible individual to take over my current lease. I have a 1-bedroom/1-bath, 644 sq. ft., unfurnished apartment with plenty of storage, washer/dryer hook-up, fireplace and vaulted ceilings. It is available November 6, 2011. My current lease ends on Dec 29, 2011.You have a couple options:1. You could sublease the place from Nov 6 until the end of the current lease, which is Dec 29, 2011 or2. You could simply lease the place for 3, 6 or 12 months starting Nov 6.The rent is $595/month for 6- and 12-month leases, and $695/month for a 3-month lease. Utilities (electric and water) not included and run around $26 for water and $50 or less for electric, during this time of year. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a gated community and is minutes away from Scott and White Hospital. The apartment complex is called The Bridge Apartments (www.thebridgeapartments.com). Amenities available include laundry facilities and 2 swimming pools. I think the property management and employees are great, and have always been available responded quickly to my needs. The place is quiet and I haven't had any trouble with noisy neighbors or anything like that.If you are interested, you are required by the apartment complex to complete an application and submit associated fee ($50). A pet deposit (check with office for prices 254-773-XXXX) is also required for those bringing animals.I've attached pictures of the place. I hope it helps you get a feel for it. Of course, I'll be moving my furniture when I move out. The only reason I am moving out is because I now want a 2 bedroom place. For more information, please reply to this ad by email.
