My roommate and I are wanting to move out of out apartment early, so we are looking to find people to take over the remainder of our lease. The rent is $310 per person for a 2 bedroom apartment. Our lease ends in July, so you will be able to decide to sign another lease from there. At this point you would each just be signing a roommate replacement form, and yes, you will also have to fill out an application as your names would replace ours on the lease. You will not have to pay a deposit. It is also all electric, which our bill runs us around $30 a month. Please let me know when you are wanting to move in.
