I am very friendly and am the easiest to get along with. The complex where I live is very beautiful, peaceful and has a great community of residents. I will have lived in my clean, spacious 2bdrm 2bth apartment in this controlled access community for 2 years now.You will have FULL use of the apartment. I'm located within proximity to the 405 & 101 freeways, Metro Bus Lines, Metro Orange Line, Ralphs, Target etc.. I am also about a short 15mins drive away from Ventura Blvd, Costco, Ralphs grocery store, Whole Foods and Sherman Oaks Galleria. I do not have parties and I rarely have overnight guests. And I am looking for a responsible house mate that will be respectful of the items on loan, keep it clean and pay their rent on time. Also, someone who does not mind that I have a small dog. My complex is a bug free environment and will be kept as such. This is a very nice residential neighborhood. The tenants in the complex are like family as we all know each other and look out for the building and one another.
