We are in need of a sublet for out apartment from May 15th to August 16th. Rent is $670/month per person. New tenants will be responsible for paying for power in addition to rent. If you wish to to have internet and cable, Comcast is who we currently using and it is very easy to set up the service. In our experience, it has come out to around $60 a person each month for both cable and electricity.All three of us are planning on moving out and we are leaving the apartment partially furnished. We will be leaving behind the living room couch in the picture, the television, and a giant amount of cookware. The apartment also includes a microwave, a convection oven, and a dishwasher. One bedroom will be fully furnished (i.e. bed, desk, dresser). The two rooms in the back of the apartment share a deck and a bathroom, however, they each also have their own sink and mirror. The room in the front of the apartment (with the monkey tapestry in the picture) is slightly larger than the other two, and has it's own bathroom and double sink. The apartment also has a large shared deck in the front facing the Flatirons. There is on site laundry machines, which require payment, and free, ensured, parking. The apartment also has a storage locker below.It's a five minute walk to Boulder Creek, a ten minute walk to Pearl St., and a one minute walk to CU's campus.
