I am currently leasing a beautiful house until the end of October.My fiance and I are having financial issues and are not able to keep up with the rent.We have discussed everything with our current landlord and have decided to allow a sublet on the house.The house is located at 144 Stellar Dr in Shepherdsville, KY, 40165.This house is a beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom home in a very quiet and nice subdivision just minutes away from I-65.The house is very bright and pretty with plenty of windows in each room.The floors are entirely laminent and are just over a year old.The livingroom has cathedral ceiling and has two full-sized windows.There is a very large kitchen that includes a refridgerator, stove and dishwasher.There is PLENTY of cabinet space!There is a large master bedroom with cathedral ceiling, double-door closet, ceiling fan, and private bathroom.There are two bedrooms with their own single-door closets and a bathroom just outside in the hallway.There is also a seperate room for laundry that includes washer and dryer hook up.There is a large back deck with patio furniture included and a stone/gravel front porch with stone bench included.The security deposit is only $250.
