Bedford Stuyvesant is a mixed neighborhood. Our fully furnished bedrooms come with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, linens, and towels, and youll have access to laundry facilities (washer/dryer at home) and bathrooms on all floors. We provide cleaning services once a week for all bedrooms, and youll have access to a common kitchen, dining room, and shared living room. Cable TV is available in the living room, with a TV app for smartphones and laptops. Youll also have access to a gym with a sauna, a large backyard with two picnic areas, and a pool with a deck. The rental package is $1,700.00 per month, with all utilities included. We offer appointments on weekdays after 7:00 pm and open availability on weekends.
