The Blue Room, smaller than the Sport Rooms, has a Queen size bed and hosts a maximum of two people, it has a private bathroom and in the room there is a toaster, a coffee maker, a fridge, and a microwave. The Blue Rooms bathroom is private. The sport Room is larger and has two distinct spaces, one large room with a fireplace and two large windows, a Queen size bed, a chair, a dresser, and a small room with a table to dine or work on, and a refrigerator. The bathroom for this room is shared with two guests of another room not posted here. Satellite TV in the sport room. Children are welcome. In fact we adore them. The subway is just around the corner from the house. We are 20 minutes away from downtown Manhattan. The Blue room is $1500.00 per month The Sport Room is $1600.00 per month. We require a credit check and one month deposit. We are in New York! And Brooklyn is the new hip place of the city, with plenty of culture and shopping during the day and an exciting night life: restaurants, bars, clubs, cinemas, theaters, museums, art galleries, the Brooklyn Academy of Music with a full program of events 365 days a year, a fantastic park -Prospect Park- and so many different neighborhoods to explore. Our neighborhood is called Bedford Stuyvesant: historically friendly friendly and Caribbean, with a great political and cultural background, it has become in the past few years a writers and artists hubs, one of the coolest of the city, with plenty.
