The floor plan of this apartment is 4F on and includes a desk with a chair, closet, bedframe + mattress and its own private bathroom. The only shared part of the apartment is the common laundry closet and the kitchen/living room. The whole apartment is furnished with 2 couches, a coffee table, a TV, bar for dining in the kitchen, plates, glassware, silverware, cookware, massive refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. The common facilities of the building also make The Varsity a great place to live, with a gym open for everyone, an open air courtyard with couches, hammocks, etc. and plenty of study rooms around the whole building. The boys currently living in the apartment are sopres at UMD and all three of them are great guys with very bright futures ahead of them. Although they spend much of their time in class and studying, they love to get together at the end of the day to cook and have dinner and are always open to having guests over as long as they respect the space. All three of them are very committed to keeping the place clean and neat, and never have an issue with making too much noise. Rent is done online on a monthly basis and the utilities get added to it at the end of the month. The rent I am listing the sublet with is $1275, compared to the current rate of $1315. Utilities are added to the rent at the end of the month and include water, gas, and electricity.
