It faces the back of the property and gets morning light. You would share the 2nd floor hall bathroom with only 1 other person--although the sharing would most likely occur beginning in January 2024. This bathroom is professionally cleaned every 2 weeks. The other room on second floor has a private bathroom and is occupied by a 29-year old male graduate student. There are TWO bedrooms on the 3rd floor. One, called the Joyice Ann is available beginning November 15th and will share the 2nd floor hall bathroom with the occupant of the Annie Bell room. The second room on the 3rd floor is occupied by the 52-year old female House Manager. We are friendly with each other but more often than not, socialize outside of the home. Occasionally, any one of us would have 2-3 people over for a meal or game night. This is not a party house; this is grown folks living, lol.
