Hello! Ill be traveling abroad from Feb 1 - March 11 and Im hoping to sublet my beautiful in-suite studio located in SE Portland! I am renting the space from my close friends (mid 30s with one small hypoallergenic Italian water dog named Orla. She is very friendly and is never allowed in the suite that you will be staying in. ) who own the house, and you will be sharing the kitchen, main living room, laundry, spacious yard/decks, and all common spaces with just them (not one of these 6 bedroom rentals). As such, communication & coordinating the rental will be easy. The home is a beautiful 100yo craftsman complete with hardwood floors and tall ceilings. Despite this, it has all modern amenities including AC and Fiber Internet - plenty of outlets too. The ensuite studio you would be renting is its own private sanctuary within the greater home. It has its entrance adjacent to the front door and comes complete with a separate connected private bath / sitting room office / living room / walk-in closet. Less than 10 minutes walk to Portlands oldest (and one of the largest) food cart pod, Fred Meyer, Trader Joes, Home Depot, Best Buy, Pet Smart, Bof A, Chase, and so much more. Super easy freeway access means were only 15-20 minutes to the airport or downtown (while skipping all the interstate traffic). Were also directly on the border of happy valley / Clackamas and are close to the Max & many bus stops. Parking is free on the street. The room is best for single occupancy but couples can reach out. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. The room is fully furnished, with a double bed, night stands, lamps, desk and chair, reclining chair, A/C, closet area, dressers, and the house is equipped with laundry and fiber Wi Fi. You would need to supply your own bedding and towels, but I can supply them for a few dollars more.
