Im trying to sublease my current apartment due to losing my job recently and trying to move back in with family to save up some money. Willing to pay you up to $750 as a one-time payment for you to sublease the remaining duration through 7/31/2024. See details below. Its a very clean and new looking apartment complex, they painted the entire complex just a couple weeks ago and are currently doing maintenance on the parking lots as well. Theres also a pool, gym, and a volleyball court. Very sleek look to the place. Additionally, its a gaited community next to the University of South Florida roughly 5 mins away by foot, just down the road and across the street. Great for any students that want a place to live for Spring + Summer semester (negotiable move in date but sooner the better). Its a 4 bed 4 bath apartment (private bathroom). Youd be subleasing a single room/bath. The apartment comes with wifi, air conditioning, laundry room, kitchen, a living room at the entrance to the apartment, and 3 other amazing roommates (2 men, 1 women) that Ive had 0 issues with since Ive lived here. They are all very caring, cleanly, and quiet at night except occasionally when they have a guest(s) over once a month to play games together. The room itself comes with a dresser, mattress with bedframe, and a closet with a sliding mirror door. Desks are supposedly available from the front office, but I brought my own so youd have to contact them for the desk. Its room D towards the back of the apartment, which is very nice if you like your privacy as youre further away from the other rooms and living room. So little to no noise will leak into or out of the room. The move in date is negotiable. Id prefer this room rented out as soon as possible, but if you need it starting in January for classes, then we can arrange for that as well. Willing to pay 300 dollars upfront for someone to sublease this apartment as a way to cover any kind of moving costs or to cover. Get the best price at ListedBuy!
