Looking to add 1-2 roommates to my adorable house by DU. Flexible move-in date early November. With 2 occupants (including me), the rent for each person is 1220; the price would drop to about $815pp if it was split three ways. Im open to either possibility! The rooms available are the blue painted room and the green painted room (both currently furnished, but would be unfurnished for your move-in). The green room is smaller, so we could discuss doing an equitable rent split accordingly. Theres a ton of space, including a front yard/front porch, a back yard, and a 2-car garage. It gets tons of sunlight and is on a quiet street. Obviously some of the common spaces (2x living rooms, kitchen, bathroom) are already furnished, but Im open to rearranging as well if youre coming in with furniture you love. I rent the place and the landlord is local and super easygoing. Im 28 and I work mostly from home during the day and am often out at night (going to movies, doing trivia, climbing etc - join me for any/all of it! ), and generally the home is a pretty relaxed environment. I do have two cats (whom I promise you will love!) so unfortunately Im not looking for anybody coming in with pets. Message me with questions! Im looking forward to chatting.
