Hi! My roommate and I are studying abroad this spring semester and are looking for one more girl to sublease from January 1st 2024-July 31st 2024. The monthly rent is $685, which includes everything but electricity. Electricity is paid through an app called Simple Bills and is roughly $50-60 per person per month. The girl who is taking over my roommates bedroom is a senior here at UARK. She will be returning from studying abroad this fall semester. A little about her: I like to keep the place clean, I like to go out and drink, I have a lot of homework to do because of the studio but dont mind noise or anything, I like to be in the common area because Im very social, I like the outdoors and sports and going to events but also like game nights and chill nights in. Info on the apartment: The Landing, in Fayetteville Arkansas, is approximately 6 minutes from the UARK campus. We have a shuttle that runs daily from 7 am to 5 pm, Sal (the driver) picks you up from the leasing office and drops you off at Harmon parking garage on campus. Sal runs to partson Street on Friday and Saturday nights until 2 am! The apartment is 1,213 sq ft, 2 bed 2 bath, washer and dryer, patio, fully furnished (it will be our furniture due to us moving back, but just the basic like bed, couch, etc. Youll be able to have it be your place! ) We are the top neighbor on the second floor, so only one flight of steps up! (easy peasy) Parking is included, and I have never had a hard time finding a spot in front of our building! We are the last apartment on Beechwood St, so thankfully, its very quiet and cozy!
