DescriptionI am renting out a room in my house near RTP in Durham for $240 every other Friday (bi-weekly) which includes utilities, there is a $200 refundable deposit which can be paid over time. The room is 12' by 10' and clean carpet, in-room WiFi, 70 channels of cable TV, in-room fridge, microwave, closet, dresser, ceiling fan, full size bed, table, chair and lamp. Must sign a legal agreement to stay only as long as the rent is paid and you follow the house rules. I only want to be contacted by renters who are looking for a place for long term - more than 3 months. I will only hold the room for those who have paid at least part of the deposit/move-in amount to reserve it. There are 2 bathrooms available for your use. Moderate drinking is OK but no drunks allowed. I do not allow illegal drugs or parties. Single occupancy male preferred. Smoking is outside or in smoking room. Occasional overnight guests are OK.I have a very straight forward bi-weekly lease agreement/contract to clarify our living arrangement. We can look over the contract and make adjustments if need be. I would like to call a rental reference. I am a single, 55 year old white male selling insurance for a living.
