I would like to sublet my sweet room in a very nice house. Quiet neighborhood, close to campus and 29th St. Mall. My room would be considered the master, it has its own private bathroom (but not its own shower). Also has a large closet and two windows. The room is very large: I currently have a queen bed, a nightstand, a huge bookcase, a 5 drawer dresser, a desk, a three drawer dresser, and a 3 drawer plastic cabinet and it doesn't feel crowded at all. What I'm getting at is that you could probably have 2 people in this room, but I would have to verify with the landlord, and rent would probably be more than $400 per person.You would share the shower with only one clean male roommate. Nice driveway, beautiful yard. Backyard has raised flowerbeds, and a large shed. Inside there is a dishwasher, new washer/dryer, an evaporative swamp cooler (cheaper to run than AC), hardwood floors throughout. Overall a beautiful house, I'm sad to leave it. Also (best of all) you can have a dog (as long as the landlord approves).
