You will have your own large bedroom, closet, and bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is in the far back corner of the complex, so the room has a corner view of the trees through 3 large windows. There is also a door in the room leading to the patio. The living room has two sections, one with a desk area that is the roommates and the other with a futon. Lots of space. The kitchen is nicely sized with plenty of room to cook, gas stovetop, dishwasher, and all newer appliances. Washer/dryer in unit. The patio is very big and shaded and far enough from the road to where you don't hear much. It's a great place to meditate, drink your coffee, or do whatever you do on patios. You: Female/gay male Late 20's - 30's business professional/university student (must provide proof of employment/university) CLEAN, ORGANIZED, TIDY, and QUIET NOT A PARTY PERSON (goes to bed at a reasonable time and is respectful of the boundaries) Your New Roommate: Female 30's Business Professional (Geologist) Clean, quiet, considerate Out of Town for Work sometimes Owns No Pet but open to having cats in the house (I had a cat) Into: Bicycling, Grateful Dead, and Rocks Getting Married soon, has fiance over every other weekend (he lives in Waco) You will be required to pay all administrative fees or application fees associated with the sublease.
