My home is very centrally located, easy access to all major highways. Close to grocery stores, nail salon, dry cleaner, bus line and more.The floor plan is split with the master bedroom down stairs which I occupy and the other bedroom and a full bath is upstairs. The third bedroom has been converted into an office/exercise room which you are welcome to use. It is a perfect roomier layout and allows privacy for each of us. All utilities are included, electric, water, trash, high-speed internet, cable throughout the house. This room is furnished, (includes a standard size bed and mattress with bedding, a triple dresser, a desk, bedside tables and lamps and a walk in closet and TV. Roomier will have normal access to all common areas including the kitchen, laundry room, and living areas. I also have a nice patio if you are an outside person. No pets or overnight guest permitted.I am a busy professional woman with a quiet lifestyle and am looking for a short term or long term renter who has a full time job or internship. Move in ASAP and we can start with a three month lease and if everything works out would renew for three months at a time. $35 application fee to run a rental application and when approved would need a $250 refundable deposit plus 1st monthâs rent in the amount of $550.00
