Looking for someone to take over a single room in an appartment in West Davis anytime between now and August 2021. The room is $763, and its right across the street from a grocery store, dollar store, and a bunch of restaurants. You will have half of the living room (I had my desk/art supplies). It's on the second floor, very bright! There is a in unit washer drier, a pool, and 3 bus lines (P, Q, K) nearby. The apartment has one other room with a male (recent UC Davis graduate), as well as reptiles, amphibians, which you will not have to interact with if you do not wish to FREE RENT FOR MONTH OF FEBRUARY 2021!!! I will subsidize 200$ a month until August 2021, so you only pay 763 a month (i do this because it's been difficult to find someone so far!!!). The rent is 963$ minus 200 = 763. no cats or dogs, but any other animal is fine! thank you!
