This is a double occupancy, studio apartment at the Varsity Apartments at 2024 Durant Ave, with 2 beds, a fully furnished kitchen (with refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave), and a spacious bathroom. There are additional amenities like a plush rooftop, wifi, washer and dryer. And most importantly - safe, and a minutes walk from the campus and restaurants. We have a lease till July 2024, but will vacate in early May, so we are ready to sub-lease till July at the current rate (rent shown on this ad for double occupancy). We are happy to accommodate and engage in a reasonable negotiation.
