I am a Tenant who is looking for a re-renter from 2/1/24 to 1/31/25 (1-year). I have to leave the US in late January next year, so you can stay in late January for free! Its a nice view 19F studio (1 bathroom) apartment at the Edgewater Chicago! It is perfect for students or people who work in the City. Rent is $1100/month + $50-60 utility (only electricity). No other utility fee (Internet Wi Fi is free). If you want, you can stay in late January for free! (The exact date of leaving is not determined yet) ADDITIONAL FEE: Notice that there are Application fee to Condo: $300 (non-refundable). Elevator Fee $200 (4 hours) and $40/hour after. But in my experience, $200 is enough for 1-year. (Refundable) $500 deposit: this is for potential damages, elevator overtime, unpaid fees. If you apply after Jan/05/2024, you may pay an additional RUSH fee $100 for the application (7-10 business days). It is fully furnished (including a bed, desk, chair, microwave, fridge, frying pan, dishes, cups, and utensils), so you dont need to buy anything to live here! (but if you want, you can buy your stuff) And also, I will give you all those things but fridge for free (its almost $1000 value)! If you want, I can sell to you 32inch QHD HP monitor or Brother laser printer or AIRCARE Evaporative Humidifier (with the cheap price). But you should keep in mind, you SHOULD DISPOSE (or bring) ALL those things when you move out. Currently, parking and pets are not allowed. (but if you pay, you may get the parking space for $200/mo) Laundry room is at 2nd Floor ($2.25 for laundry, $.25 for drying 10 min). 15-20 min to the Jewel Osco, ALDI, Marianos, Mcdonalds, right next to the beach. South-facing apartment, and huge windows provides a great veiw and plenty of sunlight.
