The apartment stays very cool during the summer so the A/C is rarely necessary, but there is a window unit in the living room. There is a mini dishwasher and plenty of kitchen tools and appliances for all kinds of cooking/baking, along with a small dining table in the kitchen. A shared and locked laundry room, which takes quarters, is at the back of the building. We have indoor plants which require very simple watering once every 10-14 days. Parking: there is ample street parking on the main street on weekends and on the side street during weekdays. Accessibility: there are 4 steps to get to the front door.
