Fully updated and stylish interior, especially the hardwood floors and the 50s-esque kitchen. Youre 2.1 miles to St. Joseph Medical Center, 1.1 miles to Kaiser Permanente Tacoma Medical Center, and 13 miles to the hospital at JBLM. House has a HUGE living room with a wall-mounted 63 inch tv. Weve run it as an sublet (have had excellent feedback and many great guests! ) but were looking for tenants for somewhat longer temporary stays (minimum 30 days to a maximum of four months). The master bed is a Queen. It has a new hybrid memory foam mattress (purchased Dec. 2022) that is medium-firm. We only use real cotton sheets; no tacky microfiber nonsense. There is a trundle daybed in the second bedroom. It has two twin mattresses; one extra thick with a pillow top and one that is more basic (in the roll-out trundle part). The twin bed is a standard twin, and large responsibles might find it small for them, like any twin bed would be. We have fast wifi and a desk so you can get some work done. The bathroom has a full-size bathtub and shower enclosure. Plenty of large, thick towels. Has a new eco-efficient heat/AC system, and, a new energy-efficient stack washer/dryer. The spacious eat-in kitchen has a table that seats four. There are the basics for cooking: pots and pans, salt, pepper, sugar and oil.
