(my dogs are not kids or cats friendly) must like dogs, (I have 2 dogs under 25LBS) if you have a dog it will have to be no bigger than 50LBS, also we will have to introduce them to see how that goes, my dogs are not very sociable with other dogs, the house is located in the suburbs, near route 100 in South Coventry but close enough to everything you need, within a 5 miles radius you have: Wal-Mart, Bed Bath , Best Buy, Red Lobster, Wendy's. The Coventry Mall is only 3 miles away and even closer within 1 mile is Giant, Wine & Spirits, Beer Distributor, Lowe's, Michael's, Wawa gas station, Long Horn, yummy Chinese Food and much more, it will be a month to month lease for a 1 bedroom automatically renewed every month until 30 day notice of moving out is given (the bedroom will be your domain, I won't go in there unless is a fire), you will have access to the whole house (kitchen, living room ,basement and storage, I have 2 and 1/2 bathroom's so we can share or we can have our own bathroom (no problem there) the house is seating on 1.5 acres of land (don't worry I'll take care of the loan, but help is much appreciated) also I forgot to mention 422 is only 3 miles away and 724 is even closer the Philadelphia outlets is only 10 minutes away, Phoenixville is 15 minutes away, king of Prussia is 30 minutes and Reading is 25 minutes (depending on traffic) I am very easy going but house rules apply, parties are ok but common sense is enforced, boyfriend or girlfriend sleepover once a while is ok but not 24/7 this will result in immediate eviction I am very fair but very firm, every other Sunday is cleaning day so get off your butt, (it can be stretched a little), I have a small workout room on my lower level you could use if you like, all utilities are included (water, trash, electric, heat, Air conditioning, Verizon FIOS -75 Mbps, HD cable nothing fancy, Washer and dryer is included as long common sense is utilized (3 loads a day of wash and dry will result on extra charges) XBOX,PS3,WII-U available so if you are a gamer you will be fine, other rules apply.I am looking for a mature person (Girl, Guy, or couple) $580 for single and $860 for couples, remember all the utilities are included and here you don't have to worry about the neighbor on the left, right, under or above! cheaper than one bedroom apartment and don't have to worry about utilities.if you interested please call 610 323 XXXX and leave a message so we can set up an interview.Sorry but I do Background checks!
