My roommate Lindsey and I are in a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment, and are looking to fill the second bedroom. The available room is a pretty good size and you would have the hall bathroom to yourself. We are young professionals/students looking for the same to fill the room.The apartment has a large living room, dining room, and kitchen. We are situated on the 12th and top floor so we rarely ever hear our neighbors. The large windows in every room and the balcony with a view are my favorite features of the apartment. Our apt. is located just a block away from the Blue and Yellow Lines in Crystal City and is conveniently located within walking distance of the grocery store, Pentagon City Mall, and the Mount Vernon Trail. Building amenities include a gym, pool, dry cleaners, laundry facilities, and small store. The rent for the room is $1000.00 a month plus utilities. Our address is: 1900 South Eads Street Arlington, VA 22202. We are looking for someone who is ready to sign a 12 month lease.??I just moved to DC in August to start my M.A. in International Education at GW. After graduating from UCLA in 2010, I taught English in Sevilla, Spain for a year. Lindsey moved to DC to pursue an M.A. in Museum Studies after graduating from UC Davis. She finished the program in May and will start full-time work at the end of the month. We both love to cook and enjoy the outdoors. Whether inviting friends over for a movie night or exploring what DC has to offer, we hope to establish a fun, friendly, and easy-going house!We are hoping to fill the spot as soon as possible and would love to have you come look at the space.
