I am looking for someone to take over my room in Avalon beginning January 1, 2016 (I'm graduating in December 2015). It is a two bedroom apartment and two full bath. Laundry machines included. My current roommate is super sweet, clean, and fun. You have the master bedroom, and your bathroom is inside of your bedroom. The rent amount is all inclusive- including wifi, cable, air/heat, and water. You would need to furnish your bedroom, but the living room is completely furnished by my current roommate, so you wouldn't need to worry about that furniture.I love Avalon - it has everything you could need in an apartment complex. Full access to the pool, business center (with free printing), full gym, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and dog park. Free coffee and cookies at the office every morning.
