Rent is $1,210 per month plus utilities (internet + electric) which are another ~$40-50 per month. The unit has A/C, in-unit W/D, a balcony, and a recently renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The 3 other roommates are all male in their mid-late 20s. One works in consulting, another in real estate, and the third in retail. The building also has garage parking for $250 a month or outdoor parking for $200. The location is quite convenient for everything you might need with Whole Foods, Tufts Medical T stop (orange line), gyms, and lots of restaurants (e. g.
