I want someone to take up the rest of my lease from March 1st through completion of August. There is no option to renew.Your Room: The space for rent is the greatest in the house (approximately 13X13). It has 2 large windows, a large closet, and direct access to an additional space (16 X 8) in the back of the house, which I presently make use of for storage. The room will not be furnished.Also, you will only be sharing the bathroom with another person.Apartment: The common locations of the house are completely furnished, as we have actually lived here for a year and a half currently, but do not hesitate to bring your own furniture to include to the typical areas. The other roomies are all in grad school at Boston College, so students and young professionals are more than welcome to apply.There is a big living location with a cinema TELEVISION, couches, and chairs. The kitchen area is a good size with a fridge/freeze and stove that work completely. The apartment likewise has free off-street parking (one tandem area behind the building). The Neighborhood: Very quiet part of Brighton and conveniently situated. The house is a 10 minute walk from the shops in Cleveland Circle.
