My roommate and I are looking for someone to take over our apartment at Campus Pointe in Macomb in the Spring. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a washer and dryer in the apartment. Everything is included except electric, which for us is usually less than $100 per month. The apartment costs at total of $865 per month or $432.50 per roommate. If you do not have another person to room with, we can still arrange something.There is internet included with the apartment and we are leaving our modem so you will have Wi-fi. The apartment in on the third floor of the building. We also have a couch, small dining table with 2 chairs, 2 bar stools, a side table, 2 desks, and a dresser that we do not need that can come included with the apartment if desired. The lease will be up at the end of July 2016, but can be leased for August 2016-July 2017 if you want to. Please contact me by email or text if interested.
