We have a room for rent and there aren t really rules Just clean up after yourself & Pay on time ...I ll let you know a little about the young couple that rents this apt out at The orchard at Severn . You can look up & I can also send a video of apts as well ,leave pictures of where you ll be staying Moshood & Bianca are Nigerian and black African American Male & female ... Moshood (Male) is 27. New graduated accounting has graduated at Bowie State University last year & has a Job as well..but studying for his CPA. Bianca (Female) is 30 . She has 2 jobs and also going to school at Fullsail university (full time) online in mass communication & minor journalism. Both very professional. Room is second bedroom & with a closet and One bathroom & it s shared...I clean the bathroom once a week ...I expect everyone to pitch in on cleaning ...I ll do my part.. We prefer no pets ....no kids & no smoking cigarettes in the house. The kitchen is free for the whole house and we also really don t use the down stairs (living room) unless he s playing his game but for the most part there is storage kitchen is used regularly. And the fridge will be shared. And clean out once a week....we can pick cabinets and food isn t shared unless you ask... Rent will be paid on 1st the latest we accept is 4th after that you will pay the late fee witch is 90.55 ...WiFi can be discuss if you want to get WiFi here...we normally use our WiFi accounts but if you want your own WiFi than we can discuss what s the next step... We just sign the lease so we re looking for new roommates. This will be 2nd year here at these apartments. This isn t our first roommate situation ...our last roommate moved to Virginia with his GF and left off on good terms & now we re on the hunt for new responsible respectful roomies .... It s okay if you re 420 friendly & It isn t often we do it , but some old friends will come through to talk, we would sometimes smoke & talk for social reason , but once every blue moon...but I don t mind it if you part take in the house ..We also sometimes have guest over family but not very often over night stays unless it s his little brother . but friends will occasionally come through ...no parties never. Washer and Dyer is just a few steps away to the apartment which is 1.75 for both Couples are Welcomed Rent for couples will be 700 Singles 550 Electric included....In order to move in we will need to see one recent paystub & ID & HAVE FIRST MONTH RENT AT HAND ... We just care if you can come up, with your rent money and that s it !!! you can get keys. Can move in the same day as looking at the apartment if you like it.
