i am looking for a girl (18-20 years old) to take over my sublease in my room at the tradition on northgate! the building itself has some amazing amenities like a computer room (iMacs), a gym, pool, tons of study rooms, and a lounge! it s in a great area to be able to walk too and from campus in no time! and i believe if you sign after or soon after you tour you get a $200 visa gift card!! the room is a premium B 2/2 and it s so beautiful! it s a lot bigger than the classic 2/2 and it has a bath!! my roommate is a 22 engineering major she s such an amazing roommate and nice girl! she s really focused on her studies but likes to go out every now and then. she keeps the shared places really tidy and loves to cook! if you re interested let me know and we can talk more and set up a lil meetup!
