My name is Jessica Semeraro and I am looking for somebody to sublease my apartment for the summer. The apartment is very clean, has hard wood floor setup, and includes 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, the fifth being a guest bathroom, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, a double bowl sink, fully furnished, with beds, dresser drawers, a desk, a sectional couch, a tv in the living room, and a balcony. It is located on the fourth floor so there is a great view. Also, all bedrooms include a walk in closet and own bathroom with a shower. The other three bedrooms will be vacant. The monthly electric fee is a flat rate of $41 and I am offering to pay rent/electric for the full month of May as well as the sublease fee. This is a great place to stay for the summer and includes a gym, a pool table, a party room in the club house, complimentary coffee, an office with computers and a printer, convenient parking, tanning beds, a beautiful pool, hammocks, and a volleyball court.
